MARKETING FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES

Finally hand your marketing off to someone who actually gets it

Stop being the person who does everything. No more late nights writing captions, no more wondering why your website isn’t converting, no more chasing clients who should be finding you.

Pineview Digital becomes your dedicated marketing partner — handling strategy, content, ads, and your online presence so you can get back to work.

Does this sound like you?

  • Been in business 4+ years (past the startup hustle)
  • Annual Revenue has plateaued
  • Need a better online presence for your business
  • Answering similar questions from potential clients constantly
  • Your favorite clients are few & far between
  • Wish someone could market your business so you can focus on clients

Did you answer YES to any questions above?

We want to work with you!

How it works.

We don’t do cookie cutter marketing. Every client relationship starts the same way — with the right foundation.

Step 1 — Apply

Every new client starts with an application. We maintain a small roster of clients, so we’re selective about who we bring on. If we think we’d be a good fit, we’ll book a discovery call with you to review your business, your goals, and your current marketing. After the call we deliver a pricing proposal with recommendations – all you have to to is sign and we’ll get started.

Step 2 — Build Your Foundation

Before any marketing campaign goes live, we do the groundwork. We dig into your competitors, define your brand voice, and map your customer journey. This is what makes everything else work. Your foundation is built over six months and serves as the strategic backbone for every service we run together.

Step 3 — Activate Your Marketing

Once your foundation is underway, we start building. Whether that’s running ads, launching email campaigns, re-building your website, or all of the above — every service is built upon the strategy we developed together in our foundation work.

Step 4 — Grow Together

Marketing isn’t a one time project. You set a monthly marketing budget and we make it work as hard as possible. Our clients stay because the work keeps compounding. The better we market your business, the more leads you get, the more marketing projects you can tackle. The longer we work together the more we know your business, your customers, and what drives your growth. Suddenly, marketing becomes fun and easy.

What would marketing actually cost you?

Most small service-based business owners don't realize how close they already are to covering their marketing. Let's do the math together.

1

What's the average value of one job or client session?

Think about what a typical client pays you — one plumbing call, one photo session, one tax return, one therapy appointment.

The right people finding you. Not just more leads.

Most agencies charge a large upfront fee, deliver their scope, and disappear after 60 days. You’re left with a campaign and no one steering the ship.

We think that’s backwards.

Marketing is an ecosystem — every piece works together toward one goal. Instead of a large upfront investment, we stack services into short monthly commitments so you get full access to advanced marketing strategy without the agency price tag.

If your business grows, so does ours. We’re not a vendor. We’re a partner with skin in the game.

Systems That Upsell

Consider what it actually costs to bring marketing in-house.

A part-time employee works 20 hours a week — handling what they can, when they can — and runs most small businesses $2,000–2,500 a month before payroll taxes, benefits, or the time it takes to manage them. And that’s one person with one skill set.

A full-time junior marketing hire starts at $4,500–6,000 a month for someone still learning your business on your dime. A seasoned marketing strategist who can actually lead? You’re looking at $6,000–8,000 a month or more before you factor in benefits.

Pineview Digital clients typically invest $1,200–1,500 a month and get a full marketing partnership — strategy, content, ads, SEO, email, and more — from someone who already knows their business and is personally invested in their growth.

No job posting. No onboarding. No overhead. No managing another employee. Just experienced marketing support that scales as your business does.

Marketing That Works
Instead of Wasting Money

Most clients assume the monthly retainer is just a seat-holding fee. It’s actually the operating system of your entire relationship with us.

For $495 a month your business gets a dedicated seat in our full tech stack, a monthly strategy call directly with me, forward planning so we’re building your next campaign before you need it, and a monthly marketing newsletter to keep you ahead of the curve.

Most small businesses have nobody doing this for them. Now you do.

FAQ

No, not at this time.  We only maintain a small client list to ensure we have time to dedicate to these clients that rely on us.

We’ll add you to our waitlist and share recommendations on things you can do now to prepare to work with us.

Yes, this is available to anyone (not just active clients). We can talk through one marketing issue you’re having or you can let me do a general discovery and uncover areas of opportunity.

This quite literally builds the foundation that all of our “add-on” marketing will reference and build from. Once the Foundation work is established the monthly foundation fee shifts to a retainer and covers your seat in our client ecosystem — dedicated software, a monthly strategy call, forward marketing planning for your business, and ongoing support. It’s the infrastructure that makes everything else run.

The monthly retainer is $500/mo and covers your seat in our client ecosystem — dedicated software, a monthly strategy call, forward marketing planning for your business, and ongoing support. It’s the infrastructure that makes everything else run.

Most clients budget for $1,000-$1,500 per month + ad spend (if desired). Some months client ramp up their budgets if they’re preparing for something specific such as a special event or busy season.

No problem. We’ll evaluate what you have during the foundation phase and determine whether it supports your marketing goals. If it does we’ll work with it. If it doesn’t we’ll talk through your options.

More at the start, less as we go. The foundation phase requires some of your time and input — you know your business better than anyone. Once that groundwork is laid the day to day runs without much input from you beyond approvals and the occasional update request through your client portal. The longer we work together, the easier marketing becomes for you.

Me. Not an account manager, not a contractor. Every strategy, every campaign, every deliverable comes from the same person who took your application call.

Yes. While we’re rooted in southern Maine our clients span New England and beyond. If you’re a small service-based business ready to grow we’d love to talk regardless of where you’re located.

Yes. The foundation phase is a six month commitment at $495 a month. After that, continuing clients move to a six month retainer at the same rate. Add-on services carry a three month minimum commitment. Everything is spelled out clearly before you sign anything. The short monthly commitment simply ensures that we get compensated fairly for the set-up of that particular package.

We ask for 30 days written notice and clients are responsible for any remaining months in their committed term. We’re upfront about this from the start because our roster is limited — holding your spot has real value and early cancellation affects our ability to serve other businesses well.

Your retainer maintains your spot in our roster, connects your business to advanced software and keeps the relationship active. It includes priority response time, access to your client portal, monthly marketing touchpoints, and first access to new services before they’re offered more broadly. Add-on services are available on top of the retainer based on your monthly marketing budget.

It depends on what packages you activate. Paid ads can show traction within the first 30–60 days. SEO and content marketing are longer plays — typically three to six months before meaningful movement. We’ll set honest expectations during your discovery call based on your specific goals and budget.

Most clients stay well beyond their initial six month retainer. Marketing compounds over time — the longer we work together the more we know about your customers, your seasonality, and what actually moves the needle for your business.  Not to mention, marketing gets easier stand up because we have data and a working relationship to base decisions off of.

Hi, I’m Jassy

I spend my mornings with horses and my afternoons helping Maine business owners get found online.

After running a coffee shop for six years, I know what it’s like to be great at what you do but terrible at marketing it. I’ve chatted with enough plumbers, photographers, and therapists to know the pattern: You’re booked solid from word-of-mouth, until suddenly you’re not. The competition has fancier websites, and you’re wondering why your 20 years of expertise doesn’t show up on Google.

That’s where I come in.

I built Pineview Digital for Maine business owners who are too modest to brag about themselves but too skilled to stay Maine’s best-kept secret. We figure out why your website isn’t bringing in customers, why the wrong clients keep finding you, and how to position you as the obvious choice—not the cheapest option.

This isn’t corporate marketing-speak. It’s practical solutions for seasonal businesses, straightforward pricing for people who don’t like to be nickel & dimed, and clear explanations for folks who’d rather be working than learning about SEO.

If you’ve been in business 4+ years, you’re damn good at what you do, and you’re tired of watching less-qualified competitors get all the calls—let’s talk.
