Discovery Call

We meet on a video call to share more about our implementation process and answer any questions you may have. If we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll send over a service contract for you to sign & pay the 50% deposit.

Implementation - 30 Days

Next you’ll be asked to fill out the decision guide before we hop on a call to lock off your lesson program setup. Once this is complete, we’ll get to work building out your system complete with online bookings, waitlists, automated billing, skill level class access, and more. Once your system is built and tested you’ll be invoiced for the final 50% due.

Training

You’ll receive your login information along with a video walkthrough of your new system that you’ll be able to use for future reference. You’ll also receive a testing guide that provides step by step testing so you can see what your clients will experience along with how to navigate the admin side of your new membership system.

Support - 30 Days

After the training call, your 30 days of support begin. We’ll be here to answer your questions, help with transitioning your clients, and troubleshoot anything that pops up. After your support period ends, we do offer ongoing support options that most clients feel are highly worth it.

Hi, I’m Jas.

I own Pineview Digital, a Maine based business born out of a desire to help other small businesses level up, reduce daily frustrations, and become more profitable through marketing and software implementation.

I combine my experience running 3 individual small businesses (coffee shop, bed & breakfast, and horse farm) with time spent in corporate and software implementation for companies like Coca-Cola, Advent Health, and the Home Shopping Network (QVC). This experience helps me bring large ideas to small businesses and guide decisions that are both highly effective and very attainable — ideas that small businesses otherwise may not have considered or know how to incorporate cost effectively.

This riding lesson program framework was created for our family horse farm and refined over the course of 1 year with feedback from real clients. We’ve simplified, adjusted, adapted, and solved many client scenarios to land where we are today and I’m so excited to finally share this with your farm too!

Absolutely. Most informal membership arrangements barn owners have cobbled together are missing key components — a solid agreement, automated billing, online booking, a clear cancellation policy, or a pricing structure with any margin in it. This framework & implementation tackles all of that.

Implementation takes 30 days from your scheduled kick-off date.

If you can operate an iphone, I can teach you the membership framework and how to use the recommended software. We also offer an ongoing support package after implementation for those that want help managing the software.

We provide 30 days of post-implementation support to help you get up and running. After that you can opt into a support package or utilize the software support tickets for additional help.
